LIFETIME GUARANTEE: Hawkeye Hedgies offers a lifetime guarantee against genetic defects. With a necropsy report (at owner's expense) providing positive results for a genetic defect causing death, Hawkeye Hedgies will refund the full purchase price of your hedgie, or replace it as babies become available. Please note, the lifetime guarantee does not cover death caused by abuse, neglect, cancer, etc.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: Within one week of purchase, Hawkeye Hedgies will refund the full purchase price of your hedgie should you change your mind or decide a hedgie is not the right pet for you. From weeks two through four after purchase, 1/2 of purchase price will be refunded. After 30 days, no refund will be offered, however, Hawkeye Hedgies will always take back one of its babies.
Hawkeye Hedgies is not responsible for ensuring that hedgehogs are legal to posses where you live. Please visit http://hedgehogcentral.com/illegal.shtml to determine if hedgehogs are legal to have in your area. Hawkeye Hedgies will not knowingly sell a hedgie to an individual who resides in an area where hedgehogs are restricted.
